Year 3 Teacher - Exceptional School in Nottingham
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join our thriving and forward-thinking Primary School in Nottingham. This is a permanent role starting ASAP, offering the opportunity to inspire and support pupils at a crucial stage in their learning journey.

- Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our lower Key Stage 2 team. As a Year 3 Teacher , you will deliver engaging and creative lessons that build on pupils’ strong foundations from Key Stage 1. You will foster curiosity, independence, and resilience, preparing children to thrive throughout Key Stage 2.
The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 3 Teacher, working closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure all children achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for pupils as a Year 3 Teacher
- Support and challenge learners of all abilities to reach their potential
- Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment as a Year 3 Teacher
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Contribute to the school’s culture of ambition, high standards, and achievement
