About The Role

East Kent Colleges Group is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to help keep our Canterbury College campus spotless and welcoming. This role is for 15 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary of £10,519 per annum (£25,949 FTE)

Shift Details: 05:30 - 08:30 Monday to Friday

Your Role: Maintain the cleanliness of the college buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff. Prior experience working within health and safety guidelines is beneficial.

About You

We are seeking to appoint a positive, proactive, and efficient Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including the use of machinery.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning environment or the ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Some technology/computer experience would be an advantage.
