Technical Sales Business Development Manager

The Role:
An opportunity has opened for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a specialist engineering business supplying energy recovery solutions into process manufacturing. Working across sectors including food & beverage, metals, paper and paint manufacturing, you'll identify opportunities, carry out site surveys, prepare tender documents, manage the sales process through to project dery, and work closely with the marketing team on business development initiatives. This is a visible role with genuine progression opportunities into senior leadership.
Requirements:
· Experience selling complex technical solutions into process manufacturing
· Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
· Comfortable managing projects from initial enquiry through to installation
· Based in Central or Northern England
· Willingness to travel across the UK to customer sites
The Package:
·£65,000-£75,000 basic salary
·20% bonus potential
·£6,000 car allowance
·6% company pension contribution
·25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
