Scheme Coordinator

Job description
The Scheme Coordinator will liaise directly with the tenants, their relatives and Health and Social Services, whilst managing the scheme to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- This post holder will provide day-to-day support to the tenants of this Sheltered Living Scheme.
- To respond, record, assist with investigation of disputes between tenants on site in accordance with Choice policies and procedures.
- To complete and record checks on emergency call equipment and report any faults to the Services Centre.
- To report repair needs of the building to the Services Centre and check work done by contractors - escalating to relevant staff where appropriate.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services
- Demonstrable IT skills.
