The Role As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out high-quality panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Removing and replacing damaged body panels and structural components.
• Using specialist repair equipment and techniques to restore vehicle integrity.
• Working closely with the wider Bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.
• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Identifying any additional repair requirements during the repair process.
• Completing all work within agreed timescales while maintaining exceptional quality.

About You We're looking for an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and enjoys working as part of a professional team. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Body Repair Technician.
• Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
• A strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques.
• Experience using specialist body repair equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
