Drivers Mates are responsible for unloading and assembling stock, along with loading wagons ready for home delivery. The products are mostly mattresses, bed frames and bedroom furniture (heavy items) so please consider this when applying.

The role will involve:
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Assisting with the smooth delivery of products to customers, supporting drivers and team members as required.
- Supporting the team in managing deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and checking products.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure timely completion.
- Previous manual handling experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A friendly and approachable manner suitable for customer-facing responsibilities
- Experience of working as part of a delivery crew
Hourly Rate: £13.39
