We are looking for a dedicated Manager to help lead our WHSmith team. The Role As the Retail Manager, you will be the key to leading the operations of a thriving WHSmith unit. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team.
- Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
- Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail environment.
- You will also oversee our gaming units Proven experience as a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
- A passion for great displays and outstanding customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
