Position:

We are looking for a Raw Materials Planner to ensure products are purchased in an accurate and timely manner.

· Materials Planning

· Managing the purchasing of materials for the New Product Development team, ensuring that the right supplier is found, at the right price, first time

· Reporting on waste and leading waste meetings

· Responsible for supplier scorecards – ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in full whilst monitoring supplier performance

· Purchasing packaging for the site

· Administration and maintenance of supplier contracts

· Cover for the Planning Team as and when required

Requirements:

· A minimum of two years experience in materials planning

· Experience of working in the food industry would be beneficial

· Strong Excel skills

· Experience in withing with MRP Systems (M3 would be preferred)

· Confident in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
