Warehouse Operative - Coventry
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, stable weekday hours, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, Goods In Operative, Logistics Operative, Production Operative, or General Operative .
Shifts
- Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break - 8 hours paid)
Rates of Pay
- £12.71 per hour - Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vans - Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks - Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse - Sorting and organising goods - Completing goods in duties and booking stock into the system - Picking and preparing orders for dispatch - Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment - Completing other duties as assigned by the management team
Essential Skills
As a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- A basic level of English - A reliable and punctual attitude - Good communication skills - The ability to work effectively as part of a team - A willingness to learn and undertake a variety of warehouse duties
Desirable Experience
- Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial; however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
Training Provided
- Full training provided - Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
