Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Telesales Executive / Remote Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our client's products/services, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a remote position offering flexible hours for both full-time and part-time availability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers from a provided list
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
- Follow scripts and adapt to customer responses professionally
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
