Patient Recruitment Associate I

ICON seeks a Patient Recruitment Associate I to support clinical trial patient recruitment and retention activities at its Accellacare division in Warwickshire. This is a temporary 6-month office-based role with flexible scheduling, involving coordination of outreach initiatives, recruitment tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of patient recruitment strategies and materials under senior guidance
• Coordinate site-level outreach activities and track recruitment tools and local initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for study teams and stakeholders
• Manage patient and site communication channels including helplines, email, and digital platforms
• Gather recruitment performance data and assist with trend analysis and basic reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience in clinical research, patient services, marketing, or customer-focused roles preferred
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, and standard office software
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with patient-centric mindset
• Willingness to learn clinical trial practices and regulatory requirements
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
