I am moving out of a small flat and need a thorough move-out cleaning for the end-of-tenancy inspection. The space is about 40 square meters with one bedroom, a living area, kitchenette, and a bathroom. I’d like the cleaner to focus on dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliances, and giving the bathroom a deep clean. Please include window sills, inside the microwave, oven exterior, and wipe down doors and switch plates. I would prefer eco-friendly products and a checklist to confirm all tasks are completed. The appointment should be on a weekday afternoon if possible, and I’d appreciate a quick confirmation quote before the visit.
