We are working with a small but perfectly formed accountancy firm in the centre of Manchester to hire an Accounts Assistant to join their happy team.
You'll enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, working with a friendly and supportive team you'll further your knowledge and skill in all things accountancy!
The role itself will revolves around:
- Management accounts
- Annual accounts
- Personal tax returns
- Corporation Tax Returns
- VAT Returns
- Liaising with clients and dealing with queries
- CoSec assistance
- Payroll assistance
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Advising clients with general tax/accounting/software queries
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years UK practice experience, experience working with Xero, studying for AAT Level 3 or higher, and have excellent customer service & communication skills.
The salary offered is between £24.5k and £25k, with the option to opt for full study support if required. This firm have a great culture and enjoy casual dress, flexible start times and an early finish on a Friday! Giving you great work / life balance in an environment that you'll love to learn in.
