Operose Health delivers primary care to over 700,000 registered patients, across 82 locations in 16 ICB areas. We have over 250,000 attendances at our urgent care centres and support some of the most vulnerable people through our specialist GP surgeries. - You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
- UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
- Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
- Must have a good knowledge on quality outcomes framework.
