We’re recruiting reliable, motivated Production Operatives to join a fast-paced and friendly production team in Tiverton . This is a great opportunity to secure a stable weekday role with full training provided and room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, batching, filling, and packaging of products
- Operate machinery in line with safety and quality standards
- Label and wrap items for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace
- Follow all hygiene and health & safety protocols
- Communicate any production or quality issues to supervisors promptly
