Secondment | 6 Months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our established Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Team. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist support and care to children and young people receiving PN, both in hospital and the community. This varied role includes care coordination, patient and family support, education and training, MDT participation, and liaison with healthcare professionals, schools and community services. - Diploma level post basic nursing qualification in relevant field
