Description: Full OR Part-time Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (flexible with days) in a busy, mixed INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Chirk, Wrexham
• 6000 UDAs at £13 per UDA depending on experience
• 50% split on good private potential
• 50% labs
• Fully computerised 2 surgery practice, digital x-rays, rotary endo and OPG
• Existing and well maintained list
• AVAILABILITY OF FLAT RENTAL – DETAILS TO BE DISCUSSED
• Parking available on-site
• Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
