Therapeutic Strategy Lead - Oncology / Cardiology / IMM (Home-Based)

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead for oncology to develop and execute customer-focused delivery strategies during RFP and bid defense cycles. The role requires bridging sales, medical, and operations teams to differentiate proposals and support business growth across multiple European locations.

Responsibilities

Develop tailored delivery strategies aligned with customer needs during RFP and bid defense cycles
Collaborate with sales, medical, operations, and other functions to create differentiated, feasible proposals
Monitor therapeutic and operational landscapes to identify market trends and implementation opportunities
Guide and mentor project leaders in presenting strategy to clients and internal stakeholders
Support sales preparation and conduct of customer and bid defense meetings through training and coaching

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level clinical research experience
Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic area, drug development lifecycle, and CRO industry
Expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and customer management capabilities
Leadership experience in virtual, matrix organizations with excellent presentation skills
Proficiency in English; Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous
