Head of Security, Europe Hybrid

Your role will be critical in maintaining and enforcing all of the security policies, standards, and procedures related to the IT infrastructure and customer facing products. You will lead risk management and security operations, ensuring all systems are robust and secure, guiding the Security Team in monitoring, analysing, and investigating security alerts from IT services and equipment. Additionally, you will foster a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement throughout the entire organisation, ensuring that every team member understands the importance of security in their daily operations. Effectively, you will live, breathe and sleep security. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating and leading both internal and external security audits and overseeing the management of security-related technologies and tools. 

You’ve been heavily involved in security previously, progressing from individual engineering excellence into management and holding responsibility for Security. Making architectural decisions, sculpting policies and driving a security focused mindset throughout a quickly scaling organisation. You’re happy to present, engage with the C-Suite and communicate across all levels of the business. You have experience of team management, and are comfortable juggling people, process and various priorities.
