Working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee and execute technical deliverables including material selection, structural design of buried pipelines, thrust restraint, and trenchless technologies. Your day-to-day focus involves applying advanced pipeline analysis tools, evaluating rehabilitation options, and leading condition and failure assessments to extend asset life across entire networks and catchments. You will also contribute to project proposals, produce high-level technical reports, and help drive research initiatives alongside industry bodies such as UKWIR and CIRIA.YOUR IMPACTYour expertise will directly safeguard and modernize essential water networks for communities across the UK and beyond. Moving past standard design routines, you will tackle high-stakes engineering challenges - from determining remaining asset life to delivering sustainable rehabilitation and trenchless solutions that minimize environmental disruption.
