We’re growing and looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Manager to join our team at ECR Global.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and opening doors with clients across multiple sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
• Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships
• Generating new recruitment opportunities and live vacancies
• Leading client meetings and pitching ECR Global’s services
• Working closely with our delivery team to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Helping grow and shape the commercial success of the business
What we’re looking for:
• Proven business development or recruitment sales experience
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and commercially driven
• Someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Must be able to commute to Potters Bar daily – this is a full-time office-based role
