The Role

Position: KS1 Class Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

Location: Slough (SL1)

‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✨ Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1

✨ Has excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, including phonics and early reading

✨ Creates a positive, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where children feel supported to achieve their best

✨ Demonstrates strong behaviour management and high expectations for all pupils

✨ Builds strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

• Take full responsibility for a KS1 class, including planning, preparation, assessment, marking, and parents' evenings
• Deliver engaging lessons that promote excellent progress in reading, writing, and mathematics
• Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged
• Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and supportive senior leaders
• Play a key role in helping children build strong foundations for lifelong learning
