At Codi, we’re committed to creating safe homes and building strong partnerships that truly make a difference. We’re excited to be recruiting for a Supported Housing Partnerships Officer to join our Homes & Communities team, on a fixed term basis. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our supported housing services remain safe, compliant, and deliver the best possible outcomes for residents. We’re ideally looking for someone who can cover the West area, including Swansea, Neath, and Llanelli. If you’re based locally or happy to travel across these areas, we’d love to hear from you!
About the role
You’ll be a key member of Codi’s supported housing team, reporting directly to the Supported Housing Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will work alongside colleagues across housing, compliance, and safeguarding teams, as well as external partners such as managing agents, support providers, and local authorities.
Your work will be central to making sure our supported housing schemes are well-managed, legally compliant, and consistently delivering a high-quality experience for residents. You’ll act as the main point of contact for partners, supporting tenancy management, monitoring compliance, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
This role offers a mix of practical, hands-on work and strategic partnership engagement. You’ll be out in the community one day visiting a scheme, and the next reviewing performance data, advising partners on tenancy management, or contributing to service improvements.
Skills and Experience Needed
We’re looking for someone with experience in housing management and a strong understanding of tenancy management, compliance, and partnership working. You’ll be confident working with external agencies, managing contracts, and supporting tenancy enforcement or anti-social behaviour cases. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse information and make clear decisions are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents, colleagues, and partners. You’ll need to be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do. Digital confidence and the ability to travel between schemes are also important. A drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, so you can travel occasionally to the office for monthly meetings and out about into the community when needed.
