I'm looking for a reliable tradesperson to replace an old bathroom faucet in my flat. The current setup leaks and I want a modern, easy-to-use mixer faucet installed. I have the new faucet ready and compatible with standard 1/2 inch shut-off valves. Please advise if any additional parts are needed and whether the work can be completed in one visit. I prefer someone punctual, tidy, and who can test the water flow and leaks before leaving. Access is through the front door; no stairs involved.
