Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Mental Health Team located at Warrington.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, psychological, and social needs
- Diagnose mental health conditions in collaboration with clinical teams
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and challenges
- Monitor progress and revise care plans as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
