Social Worker - Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Mental Health Team located at Warrington.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conduct mental health assessments to evaluate emotional, psychological, and social needs
• Diagnose mental health conditions in collaboration with clinical teams
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and challenges
• Monitor progress and revise care plans as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
