As Pharmacy Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals
Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical services
Drive business performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Forge strong relationships with the local community and healthcare partners
What You ll Need:
A GPhC-registered Pharmacist with proven leadership experience
Strong clinical knowledge and a patient-first mindset
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness and the ability to hit KPIs
