We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Torquay.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators who are committed to helping children develop academically, socially and emotionally within a positive learning environment.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
- Encourage pupils to achieve their full potential
Ideal Candidates Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to teaching
- A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil wellbeing
