We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our home care team in Merton.
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable and person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes.
Working alongside with the Care Manager, care assistants, customers and families, you will support care delivery, monitor quality standards and help maintain excellent levels of service.
This is a key role within our domiciliary care service — connecting customers, care workers and the office team to ensure every person receives care with dignity, respect and kindness .
Field Care Supervisor – A Role That Makes a Difference
• Support customers to feel safe, respected, valued and cared for every day.
• Visit customers in their own homes, listen to their needs and understand what matters to them.
• Support and guide care assistants to deliver high-quality care with confidence and compassion.
• Carry out care reviews, supervision visits and spot checks to maintain excellent care standards.
• Recognise changes in customer needs and take action to improve wellbeing and safety.
• Build positive relationships with customers, families, care workers and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate care records and support continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance, encouragement and support during everyday challenges.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and person-centred care.
• Be part of a team that believes care is not just a service — it is about changing lives.

Responsible for implementing field – based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Self-motivated, organised, flexible and confident using their own initiative.
• Caring, approachable and able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• Passionate about delivering excellent care and supporting others.
Experience and Qualifications
The following experience would be beneficial:
• NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care.
• At 3 years of experience working in domiciliary care or home care services.
• At least 3 years of care supervision or leadership experience in domiciliary.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A Nursing background will be good but not essential
• Knowledge of the Merton area or living locally.
