We are recruiting for a talented English Teacher for an Outstanding academy in Brent. This Full-Time, Permanent role starts in September 2026. We are looking for an inspirational practitioner who can bring literature to life and foster a love for reading across a diverse student body. Responsibilities

• Teach inspiring English Language and Literature lessons across all Key Stages

• Lead on extracurricular literacy initiatives and creative writing clubs

• Support the department in maintaining an outstanding quality of teaching and learning

• Contribute to the school's vibrant, multi-cultural learning community

Qualifications and Experience

• QTS and a degree in English or a related subject

• High standards of professional conduct and a professional manner

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154
