Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our clients Construction team in London on a Hyperscale Data Centre Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, designers, planners, quantity surveyors and sub contractors
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Communicate with stakeholders and senior management on project status and issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
• Experience managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
