This is a key commercial role offering exposure to a diverse range of projects, with a strong focus on medical and specialist sectors, alongside wider construction schemes.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will play a key commercial role in pricing and preparing competitive tenders across a wide variety of project types.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation in detail

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and full pricing breakdowns

• Working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations

• Assessing risk, opportunity, and value engineering options

• Supporting tender submissions and commercial proposals

• Collaborating with commercial and delivery teams throughout the bid process

About You

We are open to candidates from all construction estimating backgrounds, including:

• Main contracting

• Fit-out and refurbishment

• Civil engineering

• Housebuilding

• Specialist subcontracting

You will ideally have:

• Experience in an estimating role within construction (all levels considered)

• Strong numerical and analytical ability

• Confidence working with technical drawings and specifications

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, detail-driven approach
