Events Coordinator 6 Week FTC
Salary: £31,800 (pro-rated for the 6 weeks)
Hours: Full time
Location: Thame Hybrid, 4 days working from home and 1 day office based per week
Contract: 6 week FTC
- provide day-to-day administrative support for the upcoming conference,
- help to manage event timelines, actions, documentation and deadlines.
- Coordinate with speakers, venues, suppliers and sponsors
- Gather event materials and information
- Support delegate and speaker arrangements, and work with internal teams on event communications and content.
- Help with event delivery and post-event administration, including feedback, attendance information and reporting.
- Daily work using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
You ll benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, with four days working from home and one day in the Thame office each week. This is a great short-term opportunity to join an established events team, contribute to the delivery of a key conference and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced events environment.
