A Corporate Services & HR Specialist is required to work a new Joint Venture based in South West London on a contract basis.

The Corporate Services & HR Specialist, working closely with and under the supervision of the Head of HR, will support the Company’s transition towards greater operational independence, with a primary focus on contract and service arrangement management , including the coordination and transition of existing services towards independent Company arrangements. The role will also provide hands-on support with HR activities , requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management and practical delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities

• As the Corporate Services & HR Specialist, you will manage and coordinate existing service agreements, ensuring effective delivery of the services required to support the Company’s operational independence.
• Coordinate the transition of services from existing providers/shareholders to independent Company arrangements, including market scouting and identification of suitable alternative service providers.
• As the Corporate Services & HR Specialist, you will support the negotiation, amendment, renewal and ongoing management of service contracts, ensuring appropriate governance, documentation and performance monitoring.
• Support the delivery of key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, and coordination with external HR service providers.
• As the Corporate Services & HR Specialist, you will provide hands-on HR support on policies, procedures and other day-to-day HR matters as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, Management or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a strong background in contract/service management and exposure to HR.
• As the Corporate Services & HR Specialist, you will demonstrate experience in managing service agreements, external providers and contractual arrangements.
• Experience in market scouting, supplier identification and supporting negotiations would be an advantage.
• As the Corporate Services & HR Specialist, you will have a good understanding of HR processes and practices.
