About the role

Location: Edinburgh or Glasgow Our Customer team plays a central role in building trusted and valued relationships with our customers. Over this two-year scheme, you’ll gain broad experience across proposition development and marketing. You’ll also develop a strong understanding of how customer data and insights inform decision-making and shape personalised customer relationships. To get you off to the best start you’ll also have experience supporting our customers directly as part of our Customer Service team. Salary: £32,000 Programme start date: 6 September 2027

You will be responsible for

• Completing research using customer feedback and external input to provide recommendations on how to improve our product and services • Contributing to the preparation of various data and analytics reports. Helping managers make effective decisions based on data • Writing engaging and inspiring briefs to bring stakeholders along on the journey • Supporting the deployment of and monitoring of marketing campaigns
