Cleaning Supervisor
Contract: Healthcare Location: Worcester, WR5 1DD Hours of work: 30 Working Pattern: Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, 08:00 - 16:00 Contract Type: Permanent Hourly Rate: £13.93 Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues. The Role Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards About You Excellent customer service skills Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach A team player who works well with colleagues and customers Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards Able to work effectively on your own initiative Strong leadership skills Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
