At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Broxburn.

Shifts Pattern:

• Shifts pattern: 3 days ON 3 days OFF , 6am to 6pm (11.50 hrs) , 30 min unpaid break

Pay Rates:

• £13.80 hourly

Essential Requirements for Loader:

• We seek a highly motivated, eager-to-learn team member who thrives under pressure. Essential requirements include a valid, clean driving licence, strong multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with a flexible approach to shift patterns.

Desirable Requirements for Loader:

• Prior experience in hospitality or catering is a plus. Essential traits include reliability, a responsible work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively as a strong team player.
• Strong team player who can communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
• Good standard reading, writing, and spoken English skills
• Eager to learn and willing to work a fixed shift pattern
• Good customer service skills

Role Responsibilities for Loader:

• Loading and unloading goods, materials, or food products safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all items are correctly stored and organized in the designated areas.
• Conducting basic quality and safety checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.
