Communications and Marketing Executive | Harts Group | Soho, London
We are seeking a brilliant Communications and Marketing Executive with digital marketing and social media experience – particularly TikTok, to support the Comms and Marketing team in Soho, London.
We’d like to meet motivated, confident, and conscientious candidates with a keen eye for detail and sense of responsibility.

Communications and Marketing Executive Salary of £30,000 up to £34,000 DOE
Monday to Friday role from 09:30am till 06:00pm including one day WFH

The Communications and Marketing Executive
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a high-quality and Hospitality focused Communications agency or Restaurant Group.
Social media and content creation – particularly TikTok and Instagram, in line with the content calendar and strategy
Newsletter creation and email marketing support
Monitoring and evaluating media (traditional, digital and social) coverage, press and marketing report creation and monthly meeting notes for the directors
Copywriting and visual asset design
Press office function, dealing with image and info requests and incoming enquiries.
Keeping websites, online listings, and in-house documents up to date
Building your own network of media and industry contacts
Pitching stories to press contacts in line with the PR strategy
Proactively staying abreast of the changing media landscape and industry developments
Support a comms and marketing manager and the comms and marketing director
Always showing respect, strong team ethic and empathy for your colleagues.
