Sales Coordinator DACH
Location: United Kingdom (London area)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
- Handle order management: receive, verify, and process customer orders in both German and English.
- Support the sales team with client communication, quotation preparation, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Maintain and update the CRM system; generate regular sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends and assist in shaping sales strategies for the DACH market.
- Liaise with international partners to ensure seamless workflow coordination.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- 1–3 years of experience in order management and sales support.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach.
