Clinical Coordinator

At Specsavers, our Clinical coordinators play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic and are a key pillar of the customer journey. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that patients attending appointments are seen promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a seamless and well-organised experience throughout their visit. As the first point of contact for many patients, Clinical Supervisors are instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional experience for every customer.

At Specsavers we are passionate about our people and their development. You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of our products and how to put into practice effective people management.

Please note that previous optics experience is essential for this role.
