The Team
Alvarez & Marsal's Forensic Technology Service team helps clients navigate complex disputes, investigations, and regulatory matters through the efficient management, analysis, and review of electronically stored information (ESI). We partner with law firms, corporations, and regulatory bodies to deliver defensible, technology-enabled solutions across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Our team combines deep technical expertise with practical legal and investigative understanding, supporting matters ranging from internal investigations and regulatory inquiries to litigation and arbitration. Leveraging leading technologies such as Relativity and AI-driven review solutions, we help clients efficiently identify key evidence, reduce risk, and make informed decisions.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking Associates and Managers to join our team.

How You Will Contribute
In today's digital world, vast amounts of information are created and stored across laptops, mobile devices, and cloud platforms. Working alongside legal teams, corporate clients, and other specialists, you will play a key role in identifying, collecting, and analysing this data-transforming raw digital material into clear, reliable insights, and helping to deliver defensible and efficient solutions that support investigations, disputes, and regulatory responses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting matters across the full EDRM lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production
• Administering and supporting Relativity workspaces, including workflow design, review management, analytics, and quality control
• Advising clients and legal teams on eDiscovery best practices, workflows, and technology solutions
• Supporting investigations, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters through effective data management and analysis
• Leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions, including Relativity aiR
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Preparing client-facing reports, project documentation, and matter updates
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and helping drive innovation within the practice

Qualifications
We are looking for action-orientated, client-focused professionals who thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about delivering technology-enabled solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges.
You will have:

• Hands-on eDiscovery experience across the EDRM lifecycle
• Strong understanding of litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and disclosure obligations
• Advanced experience with Relativity, including workspace administration, analytics, review workflows, productions, and quality control
• Relativity certifications, particularly RCA, strongly preferred
• Experience working with AI-enabled review technologies, including Relativity aiR
• Familiarity with Everlaw is advantageous
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and innovation within the legal technology and eDiscovery landscape
