As a key member of the Global Pricing function, you will lead the deployment of standardized pricing strategies across multi-regional accounts and global contracts, ensuring a consistent, value-based approach that drives sustainable business growth and enhances customer value. In this highly critical role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing decision-making at both regional and global levels. Your key responsibilities include: Lead the execution of global pricing strategies across multi-regional accounts and global contracts, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.Partner closely with Global Account Management teams to align commercial priorities, pricing objectives, and measurable business outcomes.Translate strategic pricing ambitions into actionable plans, ensuring consistent implementation across regions and customer portfolios.Design and optimize value-based pricing models that capture customer willingness-to-pay and maximize commercial performance.Drive value discovery and quantification initiatives, helping global customers recognize the impact of DHL Supply Chain solutions while improving deal conversion rates.Develop tailored monetization strategies for value-added services, surcharges, and cross-selling opportunities that unlock additional customer and business value.Monitor pricing performance and market dynamics, proactively adjusting strategies to ensure competitiveness and commercial success.Act as a trusted advisor during pricing negotiations, providing expert guidance and strategic support for key global and multi-regional customer opportunities.Champion best-practice sharing and knowledge management, fostering a culture of pricing excellence across the Global Account Management and Pricing communities.Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making at regional, global, and executive leadership levels across DHL Supply Chain.Navigate complex commercial environments, effectively engaging with internal teams, external partners, and customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Establish yourself as a recognized thought leader in pricing, driving collaboration, innovation, and integrated solutions that enhance DHL Supply Chain's competitive advantage worldwide.What are we looking for from you?10+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Business Development, Commercial Finance, Key Account Management, or a related commercial discipline, with a proven track record of driving business growth.10+ years of proven leadership and stakeholder management experience, including the ability to lead, influence, and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing (value-based) pricing strategies for large, complex, and global customer accounts.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise, with the ability to influence pricing decisions and deliver successful outcomes with customers.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.Solid background in key account management and commercial business development or commercial finance, with a customer-centric approach to identifying and unlocking value opportunities.Ability to build trusted relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders, effectively navigating complex, multinational business environments.Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishWhat you'll need to do next?If you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application.We will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
