Level 2 Teaching Assistant

  • St Christopher's Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed Experienced SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work with our EYFS/KS1 children and join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. We would love you to take your place with us in this fantastic role!

    To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

    • have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant

    • be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

    • be motivated, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

    • be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

    • be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

    • have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

    • be able to work flexibly and professionally.

    We are looking for an experienced SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year working Monday - Friday. The purpose of this role is to provide pupils with classroom support.

    We are part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT - Soon to be Grace Schools).

    It is an exciting time to join us as we move into the next era of the Trust as DEMAT becomes Grace Schools in September.
