About the role

As a G raduate English T eaching Assistant, you will:

Support classroom learning across KS3-4
Providing small group and 1:1 intervention to raise attainment
Assist with lesson preparation and resource management
Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
Encourage an inclusive culture of resilience and ambition

What are we looking for?

2:1 degree or higher in English or a related subject from a leading university
A passion for education and working with young people
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Desire to pursue a career in education (preferred but not essential)
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
