Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage incoming home and motor insurance claims
- Liaise with policyholders, garages, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate settlements
- Investigate any inconsistencies or potential fraud, escalating when needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customers are updated regularly on the progress of their claim
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support compliance standards

- Experience in insurance, financial services, or legal administration
- Excellent written communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Able to manage multiple claims and meet response times
