- Ensuring all ingredients are stocked and available across the full menu
- Supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations during your shift
- Supervising and motivating the kitchen team to deliver consistent excellence
- Training and coaching new team members with a positive, respectful approach
- Monitoring portion control, waste management, and stock rotation
- Remaining calm under pressure to ensure seamless service
- Taking pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
You’ll act as the backbone of the night operation — leading by example, keeping standards high, and ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen meets expectations.

- Previous experience at Sous Chef level or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- A genuine passion for food and quality presentation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay composed and focused in a busy kitchen
- A team player who inspires and motivates others
- Safety shoes (essential requirement)
Why Join Us?

- Opportunity to lead within a busy, professional kitchen
- Supportive team environment
- A role where your standards and leadership truly matter
If you're ready to bring energy, precision, and passion to our kitchen, apply today and take the next step in your culinary career.
