Assistant Manager or Manager Private Business Tax - Leeds or Newcastle

This newly released vacancy is for a UK corporate tax, OMB compliance and advisory consultant, to join a first-rate firm in either the Leeds or Newcastle office. The role sits within a well-established Private team, and you will work with your portfolio of clients who will be varied, interesting, and consist of entrepreneurs and their private businesses. Day to day, the work could include HMRC technical liaison, company restructures, refinancing, M&A advice and governance, succession planning, compliance reporting and cross team working with dedicated colleagues. This role provides onward progression and flexible working. We are interested in receiving applications from either experienced managers or aspirational assistant managers with experience of working in a similar sphere. It is not essential you are CTA qualified; our client will consider candidates who are part qualified, ACA or similar, or those qualified by experience.
