Are you a night owl with a passion for care? – We have flexible night shifts available, offering weekly pay for the hours you work!
As an experience night-time care assistant, you will be working alongside the existing friendly and experienced team to deliver the very best of care. The elderly residents are living with various age-related illness, with the home predominately providing care to those living with various levels of Dementia. Your duties will include: - Providing personal care to the residents.- Assisting the residents with their mobility (inc. use of Hoists)
- Undertaking frequent observation checks throughout the night and ensuring that these are recorded correctly.
- Undertaking the reposition of residents as and when required by their care plans.
- Responding promptly and professionally to residents needs throughout the night.
- Undertaking domestic duties as required.
- Ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed. If you have a bubbly character and a true passion for care work, then we would love to hear from you! To be suitable for this position you must have: - An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12months or registered on the update service
- Up to date mandatory training certificates
- Full up-to-date CV
- A referenceable work history with at least 3 months of UK based care experience within a care or nursing home **Please note that we do not offer sponsorships** This role offers ongoing opportunities for the right candidate You will be working from 21:00 to 07:00 on night required from Monday through to Sunday. You will be paid £13.50 per hour
