Senior Quantity Surveyor
Cheshire
Up to £75,000 plus package
Lead and support a small commercial team.
Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial agreements.
Oversee cost reporting, valuations and payment applications.
Drive change management and maximise project value.
Support budgeting, forecasting and commercial reporting.
Provide commercial guidance to project teams.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You You'll have: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure or a similar sector.
Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts (essential).
Experience managing subcontractors and commercial contracts.
Excellent commercial, communication and organisational skills.
