Whether you are seeking the total freedom and flexibility of day-to-day cover, or looking for the stability and connection of a long-term placement, we have fantastic opportunities tailored to your availability.

We are currently partnering with a welcoming network of secondary schools, high schools, sixth forms, and academies in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Whether you are an experienced Secondary Teacher wanting to step back from full-time planning and marking, a subject specialist open to general cover, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain broad experience and build connections across local departments, we can help you find your ideal setup.

Choose Your Ideal Way of Working:

• Day-to-Day Cover: Enjoy complete control over your working week with total flexibility. Choose the exact days you want to work to perfectly balance your personal commitments, family life, or hobbies while exploring different secondary settings in Cambridge.
• Long-Term Opportunities: For those seeking routine and the chance to build ongoing relationships with departments and students, we offer fixed-term placements spanning a term or a full academic year. These roles allow you to embed yourself fully within a school community and contribute directly to student development.

• Create a positive, safe, and productive classroom environment using effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
• Adapt learning delivery to accommodate students with diverse learning styles and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Leave clear, professional handover notes for regular class teachers when fulfilling day-to-day cover assignments.
• For long-term roles: take ownership of subject delivery, plan, assess, and mark work, participate in department meetings, and contribute to parents' evenings as required.

What We Look For:
