Role Overview

Join our growing Documents team in a varied and rewarding role where your work will make a visible difference to how the firm presents itself through high-quality documents, templates, and presentations. Reporting to the Senior Documents Manager, you will produce polished and brand-aligned materials, and play an important part in raising the quality and consistency of our materials.

Key responsibilities

- Document production: Produce high-quality branded Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and data visualisation graphics for client and business service use.

- Template development: Develop and maintain branded document templates and presentation layouts to support consistency and efficiency. Work with the Brand team to deliver bespoke design requests.

- House style maintenance: Update system templates and related assets in line with changes to firm processes, requirements, or brand standards.

- Approach refinement: Identify and recommend enhancements to templates in response to recurring or specialist document requirements.

- Brand alignment: Ensure all work meets brand standards and relevant compliance requirements, escalating queries where needed.

- Team support: Provide wider team support with document comparison, format conversion, transcription, and copy typing as required.

What we're looking for

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint expertise: You use advanced features confidently, including Slide Master, layouts, placeholders, theme management, and alignment tools, to create polished, on-brand presentations and resolve formatting issues efficiently.

- Advanced Microsoft Word expertise: You use advanced features confidently (styles, numbering, section management, tables, references and troubleshooting) to resolve complex or unstable documents efficiently.

- Attention to detail: You apply house style and brand standards meticulously, with a disciplined approach to accuracy, alignment, pagination behaviour and presentation.

- Judgement and professionalism: You make sound decisions on when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate or seek guidance to protect document quality, risk and standards.

- Sector experience: Experience in a legal or professional services environment would be an advantage, but strong transferable skills will also be considered.

- Organisation and delivery: You manage competing priorities effectively, work independently, and deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadline.
